Chapter 1, 2, and 3

I knew there was a reason I didn’t go back for a Phd. !!  But, the reading provided insight into some areas when thinking about personality traits,  but in my position, I am looking at the adults and not necesarily the students.  But by looking at adults, it can easily tranisiton into those conversations with teachers regarding difficult students and learning issues.  And one more thing, I can be a man of few works and get to the point.
